You asked us to open stores in your towns too, so we did… a global webstore! It was so exciting when we started shipping to Australia, Argentina, Canada, London & Paris as well as America's 50 States! Better than we had ever expected. Have we shipped to your state or country yet?

I spent some time traveling this year to find new lines, & get inspirations to fuel my creativity to keep this business fresh & alive. The casual atmosphere of the Florida Keys reminded me to keep it simple & comfortable. Key West's Dog Friendly shops showed that Downtown Saratoga is on the right track with this great policy. Vera Bradley's Premiere Events in Las Vegas & Orlando brought me to mingle with an awesome group of women from all over the country with a variety of businesses. Their ideas & enthusiasm flowed into Clothes Horse's mix this year too, in many unexpected ways. Next time it's Charlotte, NC… can't wait!
I was in & out of the New York Fashion Markets every month
to keep up with the latest trends & continue to ride Amtrak as often
as I can to keep up with it all. My yearly trek to Atlanta's fabulous Merchandise Mart with it's great Southern Hospitality, again showed me some great trends to bring back up North to the shop. Even the Antique Mecca of Brimfield, Massachusetts brought inspiration for display ideas & vintage looks.

Eighteen days in Egypt & Jordan gave me a unique perspective on women's fashions & lifestyles both here & in the middle east. Who would have thought when I watched the women walking for Breast Cancer at the Pyramids that I would be witnessing history? All this travel also made me realize how great some of Clothes Horses's travel friendly lines are… Mycra Pac Raincoats, Veeca dresses, XCVI Wearables, Vera Bradley Bags, Switchflops, One Sole Shoes, just to name a few. So many of you are travelers too, so I plan to expand our travel friendly lines. Check out our New Travelwear dedicated section in the webstore!
